hey i have a 1995 prelude with an jdm h22a. i just put an accord transmission in it bolted up fine, but the prelude axel was too long and was binding. I have it at the shop and they cant find an axel that fits what axel will fit if any. Thanks

Well i have a 92 Lude Si h22a swap, funny thing is im running a 94 accord half-shaft with a driver side accord axle, but it has been giving me problems on the outer joint because of being too short, so if the prelude's is too long, maybe you should try the setup that i have, cuz im using the h22a prelude jdm tranny....

Which half shaft are you using? I think if you use the Prelude half shaft on the Accord trans it should work with the Prelude axles.

I'm not sure about the axle situation, but just had a quick question for you. Why the Accord transmission? Were you running low on cash or something? The gearing on the Accord tranny isn't really ideal for an H22.

the prelude runs a shorter axle than an accord, so in a sense, using the prelude stuff should fix his problem....and i agree that an accord tranny isnt ideal for the h22 i used mine till i got my new one and i couldnt beleive the difference between the two...
