ambitious...but rubbish
I've been looking everywhere and cant seem to find any, or if someone sells the stock heatshield, my rusty manifold is ugly and I'm self consious^_^

Is anything else wrong other than rust? You could always sand the rust off and paint the manifold..

e-gay is the first and third place I tried, nothing for obd0, also searched here and tried hytech and hasport.

not really, it doesnt leak or anything I'm just missing the heatshield so it looks like hell. planning on a wiretuck and cleaning underhood (gotta pull the engine anyway)and just want to clean up the appearance, the crappy wires have already been replaced with OEM, need a new ignitor cuz of 'em.

I see.. yeah the cast iron OEM pieces never looked all that great to begin with.

If you can't find something with your stock O2 sensor locations, which I'm assuming is the reason you need the OBD0 header, you could always buy a different B series header and weld your own bungs in place to make it work. Another option would be to convert to a 4 wire O2 sensor in which case an OBD1 header would probably work for you and should be readily available.

Hope that helps.. if not post back and clarify on my answer & I'll see what I can do.

I don't know why you are having problems finding headers for a b16. this motor, in my oppinon has the biggest aftermarket supply than any other motor I know. I have a b16 that I am pulling out of my crx. i have dc headers and full catback system on my current setup. where are you looking, because I found mine immediately. If you need help locating one let me know. it should be pretty easy to find. as for heatshields....personally I think they are unnecessary and a simple way to start your weight reduction if you plan on going that far with mods.

Any B-series header will bolt up, as for the length of the merge collector making it to the catalytic converter, that may be an issue but can be easily fixed at a specialty exhaust shop. Also, clearances under the oil pan have to be taken in consideration, but most will clear the pan. As far as the o2 placement, norcalgsr's post makes good sense.
