it depends, how big are they and how big does she want to go?

is this just a distraction from a real (more serious) issue that she is supressing???

how much of a change is she looking to make???
can her frame support the new size and still look proportionally correct???
is she prepared mentally fo the added attention (good and bad) that she will recieve with her newly enhanced rack???
are you secure enough to handle the extra attention she will get??? (this can be very taxing on a relationship)

has she thought about and looked into the possible effects down the road with issues like breast feeding and such???

I would be worried about the possible health implications associated with the surgery.
As far as the self confidence and security issue, people who have optional plastic surgeries almost all do so for confidence reasons. It will be a confidence booster and hopefully further satisfy her with herself.
There may be more, but as far as I can see the rest are non issues.

Well would you be? Would it make you happier?
Often girls do the implants to fix some other imperfection besides just size, like lopsidedness, uneven nipples, etc. If its one of those issues as well, then the implant is just going to make her that much more secure.
I would definitely have her research well and see numerous examples of whoever she goes to work.
A know a few girls with fake boobs. All are extremely confident now and seem better for it. But like it was said, look into it and make sure everything is kosher.
I like em real but every case is different. I think I am a little spoiled since my girlfriend has a good sized rack. I like big boobs but I think a nice rack is better than how big they are. If her's are nice right now I would say no, too much of a risk of them getting botched. I would rather have a girl with nice big boobs than bad small boobs and the opposite a nice smaller rack over big sloppy boobs. Its all about the quality.
