so roughly a month and a half ago me n my girlfriend of 3 years broke up. it was a discussed topic on the boards but anyway the line was "we need a break". like it was said she went and "tested"(banged) another guy. so out of the blue she calls me up and wants to do something. things went sour with the guy being tested. but ive adjusted to single life been having parties like twice a week and going out w/e. ive got over her but still am attracted. so now the question is do i take her back or pull the we need to be just friends
 
if you dont tell her to fuck off you will end up being her backup plan from now on

she will always come back to you when shit goes sour and you will always be there waiting hoping shit will be different... she'll convince you it will be... you'll get together again until she finds someone else then she'll leave again.... until that goes sour... then she'll come back and convince you that shit will be different..... blah blah blah blah fuckin blah.... ive seen it before

I agree with E and have some experience with this, it's cyclical. It's also ironic, girls always want a guy to change, but damn if they are willing to do it themselves. I broke up with my ex about a year ago, shortly after I had a friend pass away and my mind wasn't right. I tried to get her back for a little while and it's been a cycle for the past year. She'll work her way back in, things will be good, then she will do something to extremely piss me off... then she'll work her way back in again. And it all stemmed from us continuing to hook up no matter what. You can be her friend, but don't allow or take any privileges that you wouldn't with any other friend. While she is my friend I obviously am also still attracted to her, I just don't act on those feelings.

In summation, take the words of Jimmy Pop of the Blood Hound Gang as advice, "I need to find a, new vagina..."
 
If you can keep your head straight, I'd take her back and use her for some hole. pound the hell outta it and as soon as something else better comes along, jump ship.

The key to making it work is you have to show her that you dont care. As soon as you show her feelings... not good.
 
i would only take her back if she gave me a kayak as an "i'm sorry" gift.

yeah i made my mind im not even gonna fuck with it, ive been having to much fun being single. plus i seen that shit, go on break get togheter then go on another break, that shits for the birds. i was thinkin bout tryin to pull friends w/ benifits but i would rather not even deal with her drama. more importantly im gonna try and get with her old best friend as they have had a falling out
 
HAHAHA, kinda did that... i just posted about it. It's not always good though...causes a lot more drama than i thought. but i'm still with my original girl even after i fucked her bestfriend. thats what she gets for breaking up with me because her friend told her too??hahahaha
