You don't need to convert to OBD1 as that Sir 1 swap is still OBD0. Everything you need comes with that setup except for a couple things that you can get from Hmotors with the engine swap

Buy the engine mount kit and shift linkage and you'll be good to go. Then all you need to do is wire the VTEC components to your ECU which you can find out how to do on this site by searching for 'how to wire vtec' or look in the reference section.
 
I plan to boost eventually... wouldn't OBD1 be better?....

I guess I can leave it OBD0 until that time comes though.

Yes OBD1 does have an advantage as far as tuning.. and in that case you may want to consider buying the Sir2 swap now and converting to OBD1. That way when it comes time to add boost you won't have to do anything extra. It doesn't change anything as far as the mechanical aspects of the swap just some additional wiring. If you decide to go that route I would purchase an OBD0 to OBD1 ECU conversion harness from Rywire - Online Store and then it's basically the same swap as the Sir1. You just have to rewire your injector resistor box for the OBD1 injectors. if your crx is an HF I'm pretty sure you will need new knuckles or the axles wont fit.

Yes, if you have an HF, you'll need to swap out the knuckles. With the purchase of the complete change over from HMotors, they'll sell you knuckles from a 90-93 Integra for only $75.
