Yes, it's possible. It won't bolt up to the Accord's transmission though. You'll need a K-series transmission as well as just the motor.

The mounts are on the front page. They are kinda pricey though, but unless you can fabricate mounts yourself than they're probably your best bet.

Well, it requires custom mounts and lots of wiring. An H22 will drop in, bolt up, can work with your stock tranny, and will be easy to wire in, plus it makes 200 horsepower right off the bat, where as those new Element/Accord motors make 160 in stock form. You can swap a different head or just swap the TSX motor instead and make good power, but you're looking at a lot of money for all of that.
