What are you power goals? What are your overall goals for the car? Street car? Auto-cross? Drag? And how much money do you have to spend?

the most power with less to do like less modifications the better

Expound on that.

Do you mean you want an engine that's easy to install? Like less modifications involved to install it?

Or do you mean that you want an engine that's fairly powerful from the factory, so you won't have to add a lot of other parts to make it fast?

yes what kind of engine would be easy to install and get me more power

A B-series would be a fairly easy install and will give you a nice horsepower boost. An H-series is a more difficult and expensive install, but it will give you a lot more power and torque. Look up the specs on some of these motors in the reference section to learn more about them.

Yeah I thought about suggesting a K, but if he's looking for something easy to install and not horribly expensive, that's probably not it.

Definantley the poor mans Type R. Get a B18C1. It's relatively cheap compared to a K series motor, and now that the Kmotor is the knew thing Bseries parts are cheaper and easier to come by. You won't be dissapointed with a GSR swap.

hmm... i got a 86 honda CRX and
i was gonna take the engine and
put it in a 89 Honda Civic Si
