Looks like a company location to me.

And wiht my phone, Google always knows where I am. You can actually ask Google where I am, get it, and then ask me for a photo.

if you type an addy into google maps and choose 'street view' - and see blue highlighted streets then your area has been cammed. at that point you can zoom in til you get a pic of the location.

it is in major cities across the country (and their burbs); but in no way is it extensive coverage of the US (yet).
