My brother has a 93 or 94 CX hatchback, and wants to get a little more power without anything detrimental to the fuel mileage he's getting. Does anyone know of any stock turbos that would work well for this setup? Engine is the stock 8-valve D15B8.

As of right now, 5th gear is useless due to all the hills.
 
More work than he wants to do I guess, and he doesn't want to do anything that'll hinder or lower his MPG. If he swaps or do mini-me, it'll be a D15Z1 swap or D15Z1 head-swap.
