well i want to do sum things,but not lookin for engine swap or turbo...i wanted to know wat options i have.. i no a catback,and headers,and cai will do a little..anone know wat numbers of hp to expect?and wat other things could be done? just askin for ideas...a good cold air is 1 on the list,one hat goes down inside the wheewheel not behind the battery, but lookin to go futher .open to suggestions^_^ o yeah 95 ex..f22b1

The gains you get from I/H/E will depend on the quality of the parts you buy. Even so, don't expect huge gains from bolt ons. Think maybe 10 horses to the wheels, and that's with expensive stuff.

If you want more power than that without a swap or turbo you could look into a cam, head work, tuning, etc. You could also swap a dual-cam head onto your F22 block. An H23 head and intake manifold would be nice, or go all out and do an H22 head.

Nitrous is an option also.

I wouldn't have suggested it if it wasn't possible. I personally know someone with an H23 head on their F22A1 Prelude motor, and I've seen write-ups for the H22 head onto on F22 block.
 
can the h22 head fit on the f22b shoc vtec botton also
 
all F series and H series share the same block casting..... kinda like the D15 to the D16, or the B16 and the B18....
