Do some searching to compare the lift/duration between the two cams. If there is a significant increase in the blox B's(which there should be), get new valvetrain. s2s1's are ok for itr valve springs. Blox A's should be ok, slightly above the itr. IF you run the Blox A's, just dont rev past the ITR's redline and you should be fine for the time being.
