Black Widow g2

*princess*
Well, dacheat mentions that she's mad I haven't said how Texas 'was' but that's because I'm still here. I've been here for about 6 days now and I can tell you, it's not bad. I never in my life thought I'd ever BE in Texas let alone (kinda) like it. A lot of it reminds me of CA... it's just the people... the drivers are about the same, but the attitudes are different. It's pretty funny though because people stare at me a lot. Maybe it's because I talk funny? Most people here in Houston don't have an accent, either, though. Hmm... I've been having a lot of alone time to think, watch movies, go downtown, and all that. It's really kinda nice, but it does make me miss home. I think the funniest part so far has been seeing all the things we don't have in CA... or getting really excited going 'You have Sonic here too?!' Like it's amazing or something. lol

I really need to get out more!

I'm not a fan of Texas, but then again it's a confederate state so I shouldn't like it.

As long as you're enjoying it that's all that matters.

oh wow, my experience w/houston area is that there is a plethora of yall and twang. oy! ps while you're there, if you're at all into trees, you should look around for some live oak; can't see trees like that in very many places...

Yea, you're right about NJ. I've only been to Texas once and really didn't seem to welcomed in the Dallas area.....

you werent in the right place Bryan...you shoulda come out my way...cept...i think our 'scenes' might be different.

and ya know what. dont hate on the usage of yall. its a staple in texan 'english'. ive grown to like it, and if you stay here long enough, you will too...

peace yall.

Houston must be waaay different from where I'm at..The Abilene small metro area in big country Texas. Nothing here and I hardly leave town. Only other places I been to was new york city, long island, ny, and tampa area in fl. Never been to like Houston and only Dallas for the airport when we used to go on vacations before we got poor.

And I say yall all the time at least once a day lol.

It's funny when I vacation to the Tampa bay area in Florida and Long Island, NY my family up there laughs their asses off at me n my brothers' accents we got that texas drawl or however you spell it. And at the same time we're laughing at their Italian accents.

Enjoy black widow lol

I thought texas was fun. Of course I came from a boring ass fort and drove around a larger fort a lot, so the traffic, the people, the place it was all new to me.
