Hey how you guys doing im having trouble with the skunk2 throtle body its a 70mm I put on a type r motor its fully built n pushing 20 psi now when i turn on the car it idle normally after accelarating it a couple of time it stay stuck and rev high i dont knoe wat to look for, i dont know if i should check the map sensor or the throttle positioning sensor how ever you call it ...lol......

TPS.. on the stock throttle body there is a idle adjustment screw.. not sure if there is one on the skunk TB

does it get stuck sometimes? or all the time. It could be your cable is too tight. if not then def. check you tps readout at WOT to make sure its seeing the proper voltage

the cable is lose but i will losin it a lil bit more just in case , n the tps is that the sensor thats goes on the side if is that im not sure cause im using a porsh tps. N wat is a normal voltage for the tps

huh? your using a porsche tps on a honda? the tps is the ensor on the throttle body. I has 3 wires going to it. red, green and sometihng else.

damn beat me to it Blanco.

Yes im using a porsh tps cause the stock wasnt going to help......i just need help on how to set the voltage n wat do i use to measure it .

besides the headache how do you benefit from the porsche tps?

i cant tell how to set it because its not a honda TPS. for all i now it could read something totally different at WOT than the HOnda one.

Get a 3 bar map sensor from a GM. Don't adjust that idle screw too much either. Try spraying throttle-body cleaner in it while moving the butterfly (throttle) open/closed. The procedure is actually on the back of the can, if you do buy it. Just follow the procedure. Also, do not loosen up your throttle cable. Make sure it is tight at the same time make sure the butterfly is completely closed at 0 throttle. If it is too loose, your pedal will stick after you hit full throttle. Happened to me with my integra.
