Sell Car With Parts Or Separately

So I am really done with the Honda game too many of my friends cars getting ripped off so before I fully decide what I am going to do I have a question. So I have a bunch of parts I have been collecting for my rebuild (CTR/ITR Cams, Skunk2 Full Valve Train, One of a kind Bisimoto Header, and some other stuff) now should I do my build and then sell the car or should I leave my car how it is now and sell the parts separately. Oh and I also have a Bride Ergo II seat as well should I take that out too??? Any help is greatly appreciated. 2001 - 2003 Lexus IS300 coming soon. Thanks in advance.

Yup thanks recked thats what I am trying to figure out I have heard many people say that you can make a bit more money parting out plus the parts are on the floor in my room so it's not like I have to take them out. So is this true part out and then sell the car for more cash???

i'd imagine you could make as much as a 1/3 more if you part it
but i'm talking about taking the car back to stock form, or as close as you can without getting into debt

I am not too sure BB has a spot to select JDM front end. It is a 2001 Integra with a JDM front LS/VTEC with only I/H/E and wheels. I will most likely part it out and then sell it to make the most $$$ I can get, like I said this is still in the works but I think it's best for me. Thanks again recked.
