i am getting ready to do a head swap in my 97 dx i am looking for a z6 or a y8 head in good cond. if anyone has any let me know asap.
 
i got a genuine JDM D15B head complete, also have your choice of USDM z6 intake mani or USDM y8 mani. Shoot me an offer and your zip so I can get you a shipping quote
 
gonna need manifold and distributor for sure. Make me an offer for it shipped.
 
i'll do 160 shipped for that D15B head- it's complete with vtec solenoid and stock cam, assembled and ready to bolt on. Add 35 if you want either intake mani only cause then shipping will be more so that will cover my end
 
is the d15 head better than the y8, my car is just really slow and i want to make as much power as i can later in the year im gonna add a turbo

not unless you got mad portwork done to it. It has long since been established that the P08 castings flow far better than the P2J versions for numerous reasons, most notably the curved intake ports and offset dividers. The only real advantage to the y8 style head is the quench pads which help discourage detonation when running aggressive ignition timing with either retarded high compression or super high boost levels.
