That's a member of D-series.org. Quite a few guys are running homemade setups(I'd say the bike ITB's are better suited for the D-series anyways...they seem too small for anything +1.6l)
I don't think they dyno'd that actual car, but similar setups are 130-150whp(Crower stage 3 cam+ITBs and bolt-ons), and some above that at 160-175whp(mainly with P29 pistons and more tuning).
A guy named "Bamboo7" or something like that was able to get around 120-130whp with a pretty much stock D16Y8 and VAFC.
