well, i finally got back in there when the inspector was there.. he said overall the house was in good condition.. very minor things need to be fixed.. but no biggie.. its expected w/ a foreclosure.. well now onto the pics i got this morning..

we're putting a $3k check to start escrow, but the bank is giving us $5k towards closing costs..

i just looked at 2 houses last week
one was deemed to be in a 100 year flood plain, and the other got an accepted offer as soon as it hit the market
the search continues

i've been looking for 4 months or so.. we've probably looked at about 30 houses.. we've found houses we really like.. but by the time we got to them they had offers pending already or there were better offers on them.. then there were shitholes..

we've been waiting on a reply for another house.. but i was a short sale and we were going on 2 months w/o a response to our offer

deosnt that make it 2 bathrooms? so you have a shower and and a shitter right? that should make a full bathroom. .5 a bath is when its only the toilet and no shower.

maybe we have it different here i dont know

half bath is a shitter and a sink.. 3/4 is a shitter, sink, and shower.. full bath is a shitter, sink, shower and bathtub

toilet sink and shower = 3/4
1/4 bath refers to an area with a sink between the master bedroom and bathroom off the master
like you see in most hotels where someone can brush their teeth while you're taking a shower
