accord swap

i bought a 88 accord dx.i want 2 do a swap with it.what kind of motor should i put in it.i dont want anything that will be much of a problem because i plan 2 do hte swap myself.also it has to be able to hold boost..

Did you even research this at all before asking? There's honestly nothing that will easily swap into your car besides another A-series motor or the B20A that ahhvtec mentioned. The B-series, the F/H-series, all of those will require fabrication. I would just consider upgrading your carbs or swapping to fuel injection and going turbo. The A-series is actually a pretty stout motor.

Oh, and what made you think it would be a good idea to post an Accord question in the Civic forums?
