if you notice its all slack .. its not tightened up at all so its not pulling the Audi up

The chain is there for when the car gets up the hill as far as it can go they tighten the slack on the chain so it does not go back down the hill out of control.

Be interesting to see if like a Subaru with those same tires could do it. Probably could. I think it's more to do with the tires and the car being awd than it specifically being an Audi. I'm sure most awd cars outfitted with those same tires would be capable of going up that hill. But that's just me.
