Alright, I have a 1994 civic hatch back with a b18a1 from a 93 integra. this is my first motor swap, when i got the car the motor was on a stand and the car was full of boxes of parts. so far, i have taken care of a lot of the boxes and went through things. but i am still having trouble. I cant seem to get the clutch cable to hook to the pedal and i cant get the linkage together. not sure how the gas lines go. ive got the vacuum lines taken care of. if anyone could help me with these it would be great!!!!

here are some pics to give you an idea of what i am looking at.

first of all those are huge ass pictures... seriously.. if u have a 94 hatch ur in the wrong posting... u would be in the eg posting.. second ur using the wrong tranny... u need a hydrolic tranny not a cable...

you cant use that single cam linkage on your b series, gonna need a shift linkage kit. Yes those are some huge pics man.

how am i using the wrong transmission when that is the one that came with the motor??? and second of all.. why would i have to get the hydrolic one??? is the pedal set up for hydrolic?? or is the motor set up for it?? this information is helpful. and this linkage kit?? where can i get one and about how much do they cost??

He's saying you need a new shift linkage, not an entirely new transmission...

the reason the clutch cable wont connect anywhere is because your car is set up for a hydraulic clutch, not cable.. either get a new tranny thats hydraulic or buy a hydraulic to cable conversion kit

okay, so i have a cable transmission. and the car is set up for hydraulic and its a little part that is going to change that?? i found the part but not sure which one i need! there were two different ones. but the descriptions were confusing.
