Are we to a day and age where everybody loves the internet? is it too much to ask for someone who doesn't have to check myspace/facebook/forums everyday? or am i expecting too much? do normal girls of today just feel connected to it since they grew up with it or is it part of todays society and is just such commonplace.

i hate women whose priority always lies within looking for email/messages. girls are able to leave the phone at home just fine, but it still seems like the internet is sooooo fucking great.

EDIT: and i mean normal girls that are under 40.

just wondering if the internet is just part of reality or if i will ever find a NORMAL girl that doesn't feel the need to check messages everyday or is it now what i should expect?

all you can do is talk her about it. it dosen't sound like a deal breaker to me, more like a pet peeve. Tell her you don't like it, that it's a pet peeve of yours, and if she dosen't listen leave the toilet seat up. When she starts to go off on you... that's when you remind her.:D

you're missing the point of the thread. is this what is normal now? i don't care to the point where i would change anything. it's just part of her. but is it what everyone should expect?
 
its taken ahold of our society
everyone wants everything immediately, because computers and email can make it happen

i'd say its pretty normal
 
all i want is a woman who makes 100k, is a lingerie model, hates myspace, has a mother and father who are happily married, never been raped, likes sports, has no tattoos on her lower back, likes cars and motorcycles, can cook, cleans, swallows, and doesn't have any kids.

is this too much to ask for? :shrug2:
 
The problem with girls like that is just that, they are lil girls still. No women like that left :(
 
I would think that there would be something wrong with someone who wasn't on the computer everyday. That being said I would also think there is something wrong with someone if they are always on the computer all day everyday. Aside from if their job was to be on the computer all day. Computers are a part of our society and we as people can't live without them.
 
Just about every girl that I know cruises around the internet on Myspace/facebook/wherever as much as I do on this site...

There are a lot of members here that are on this site enough times during the day/week for any female to ask the same things when she was questioned regarding her internet habits...
 
I have no life anymore, so I spend a lot of my time bullshitting on the computer.

As for the girls, yea I'm pretty sure it's something to get used to. I'm not real fond of it but at the same time it doesn't bother me.
 
I think me and my gf are the only couple under 30 that does not have a facebook, myspace, or whatever.
 
She may be calling out for something else, and you can use the Myspace / constant message checking as a symbol for something else.

I constantly check messages too, and I make my daily rounds of the internet, well, daily.

What you're looking at is one thing, but what you're seeing is another. What the truth may be is likely neither.
 
hahaha. my girl dont.
hell she hardly even knows how to use a computer.
she uses one at work, but doesnt touch one otherwise.
she has no care to surf the web, never had a myspace or a facebook.

its my internet addiction that she hates, always having to check hondaswap.
