on the tail lights only on set of wires comes out on each side (one black one orange) I figure the leds in the back are supposes to be brake lights. tight now i have an orange bulb in the center of the leds for my brake light. so how is this done?

I would think they would be wired into the turn-signal circuit. Depending on the car, the parking light circuit is the same. Just make sure there is no constant orange light on in the taillight assembly or you will most likely get a ticket for it.

As for the fronts, its pretty self explanatory since Injen explained it. Wire it into your parking light circuit (front) if you want them to activate when you turn on your parking lights. If not, you can wire it to a switch if you would like but make sure your power supply is minimal. Jumping it off the fuse-box isnt smart.

ok so the turn signal has three cables one black one green and one red. i can assume one is power one is ground(black) and one is the signal???? which is what?

yay!!

thank u, i want u to know that i have the book in my hands and that im doing the research along with u guys so i dont waste ur time!!!! ill let u knnow when i done! for know im going to tape or use wire caps to keep the splices together but would it be better to solder them in the future????

Almost

everything but the lefthand side parking light works. the turning signal works buth the parking doesnt and the halo lights that hook up to it are on! fuse maybe?there is no left right fuse distintion on the running lights and the lights work on the right hand side.
