i got a buddy that is giving away his itr clip. he only wanted the dash and engine off the clip and wants to just give me his clip.

i have a dc2 but i dont wanna put it on that car its my girls car.. lol. would be a waste and get destroyed.



any info?? thanks!
 
I think I've seen one somewhere in person; but IMO looks better on a EG. On the EK the body lines didn't really match up.
 
i just saw on on a eg on superhonda.. it looks good from the front but the dude had it all chopped up and had exhaust sticking out of the side of the car a crap. other than that it was a beast! hes asking 10k for it too!
 
Could you post a pic of the ITR front bumper on an eg? I wonder how it would look on my 4-door.

The one I've seen was a green Civic IIRC that my cousin saw in Charlotte, NC and snapped a picture of.
 
oh dam thats hot. i know it would take alot of work but dam... that would be so much better then doing it the ebay way LOL!

screw body kits.

only thing id like to see different on that white ek would be the chrome non-hid headlights w/o the amber blinker and all white instead of the panda scheme. looks pretty sick for an ek though IMO :D
 
EG's look good with the itr front end, but it seems like it would be alot of work to me.
 
If you know body; it shouldn't be that hard. My cousin actually looked into doing this but his motor blew and got that rebuilt instead: it's the same as a JDM ITR conversion on a Integra. Just get the front core support on there(welded in?) and I believe everything bolts up.
 
ya i looks good. i seen a eg with a s2k front on it and it was... eh. itr looks good though. looks like the car came that way, or should have... looks like a 96 accord v6 fronts or the 2g preludes. i like it

oh and if im not mistaken the pic of the red civic up top has an accord front on it not a jdm ITR. am i right? im willing to accept im wrong but that bumper is KILLING that car, and WAY too much gold accents lmao. K.I.S.S. is a very good rule to follow when modding a car.
 
well ya but then theres the fender situation to get those 2 blended right.

i dunno, if my car ever gets hit again im gonna do it. last time my car got smacked, the insurance company told me i couldnt buy my own parts cause the shop had to do it to ensure everything was right. i was gonna do a 99-00 front on it.. bastards..:wtf:

oh well. i got my whole car repainted becuase i complained about the blend job they did so they just resprayed my whole car and i only paid 700 for it :p

and they did it with PPG Global. which is HANDS DOWN the best paint system you can get your hands on.. its what i use whenever we do any high end cars like 60k plus cars. we do alot of ferarri's and rare hotrods.

i tried to get my insurance company to fix it at my shop but they said no cause it was a custom shop not a collision shop. i told them the price would be the same and the quality would be better and im really picky and i bet the rep. that it was gonna have to be redone and he said they would ensure me it was done right.. well guess what it wasnt and i made them paint my whole car :D

I agree they over did it. I've seen that bumper on ITR's though.

That's definitely ITR headlights. The arrangment(with the round HID), is a giveaway. Also, they look slightly longer than Accord headlights.

i still wanna see a stock looking ITR front on a EK... with no garbage rice shit on there..

god im so sick of rice.

around here its getting really bad. the rice seems to be sticking to the vinyl flame graphics, fart cans, mirror tint, supra spoilers, r34 body kits, and 5" tachs.

my favorite is when you pull up to some chulo is his "H"ombre.

i actualy say a guy put in stickers ombre right next to the H badge on the back..

Yea the core supports are held in with about 35093284203942 spot welds. It makes for quite a mess changing core supports. I'm changing to 99-00 core support on my ek right now, what a pain the ass!

ITR conversion would be something to consider if I had an eg.

i bought the car for my girl becuase, well i call her my girl friend outta habbit but, shes my fiance of almost 3 years now. we just havent found the time to get married yet. i bought it as an anniversary present and to congratulate her graduating from college.

do you have something personal against me? first you bash on me as "thread whoreing" and now because i bought my girl a car and its against YOUR morals? dude just keep the h8teraid to yourself man. i did nothing to bash on you so just keep it cool ok?

no if i remember correctly, this post was about me asking to see pics or links to a JDM ITR front on an EK. i've seen a few good ones, thanks, but im looking to see a stock itr front, no ugly ricer mods. anyone???
 
dude chill it's just his style. he's blunt about stuff. it's take it or leave it. construct or critisize.

in this case, you may even take what he said as a compliment. i've never had a girlfriend deserving of a free car, and that's because most girls arn't. the majority lie, cheat, and steal to get what they want. i'm sure most guys would agree. good for you if it's as you say.

i dont like an integra front end on a civic. too flat, and suggestive of a body following nothing like the civic.

Well see, that's different. If she's your fiancee and you're getting married, then there's the implication of a life-long commitment there, so it makes more sense, so my apologies for assuming.

I guess what I don't get is guys who buy their girlfriends cars when they haven't even been together six months...OR...guys who come on here and post something like: "yo, I wants to drop a B18C5 in mah Civic but I gots to keep dat shit automatic so my girl can drive it yo! What should I do?" That's just ridiculous in my opinion. It's YOUR car, not hers...she either learns to drive stick or she doesn't drive it...

But anyway, got off track there. Sorry about bashing you in the other thread, but be honest, you totally did high-jack it. Some guy was asking a question about a swap and you came in and basically said: "hey! look at me! here's a list of all the parts on my car! pretty cool huh!?!"

But yeah dude, chill. It's just my style. I tried to find some pics for you, but couldn't seem to come up with any...sorry...
