So this guy I work with told me that I'm the skinniest fat ass he knows. We got on the subject of me eating at McDonalds every day and he asked what I usually eat. I told him, well last night I had 4 double cheeseburgers a large fry and a large Dr. Pepper. This morning I had 2 sausage egg and cheese McMuffins 3 hasbrowns and a large Dr. Pepper. For Lunch I had a Ranch BLT a double cheeseburger a 10 piece chicken nuggets a large fry and a large Dr. Pepper. I'm only 180lbs and I'm 5'11".

Heh heh...just kidding man...you look fine, but I agree with the other guys though. If you keep eating like that you're gonna regret it a few years down the road, both from a standpoint of how you look and your health.
 
Depends some people have different definitions of "fat".

1. You're fat if you're over 250 pounds, period.
2. You're fat if you're not a rail/toothpick
3. You're fat if you're an endomorph like me, which means that most of your body fat is concentrated in all the shittiest places like your thighs, hips, and belly.
4. A mom never calls her own son fat unless she's a bitch :D.

Forget just the calorie count, the saturated fat in a burger is bad enough and then there's trans fat. Since trans fat is not man made, it does really bad things to you. Lets just leave it at that. I'd stay away from McDonald's, period.

You do look like you are in good shape, but like the other guys said, your arteries probably think you're quite the bastard right now.
 
I'm trying to look a few years into the future here.....you know that kid you knew in school who always ate whatever he wanted whenever he wanted and never seemed to gain a pound? Go look at them when their 30 and I guarantee you their nothing but a mass of fat and fallen food crumbs....

My buddy is 5'7 and ~185 lbs. He goes to the gym 3 days a week, and he works out for size. He eats whatever the fuck he wants. Granted, he doesn't have a 6 pack or anything, but that's not what he wants. He just wants to get big, and trust me, he's big. Me on the other hand, go for the exact opposite. I'm 5'8 and as of yesterday morning, I weighed 143.XX. As far as eating, I eat pretty much what I want but on a much toned down level, and I also do about an hour of lame ass cardio every day.

His BF% is much higher than mine, but he's not fat. Put all his stats on someone who's 5 flat, and you'll have yourself an oompa loompa. Put my stats on Travis from Gym Class Heroes (6'5) and he'd be anorexic.

anyways, like the other guys say, it's about body fat %. your body will catch up to you eventually. your metabolism will slow down because of all the junk food. you might get fat 10 years sooner than if you were to eat healthy. you are on a bad road of heart disease, kidney failure, and high cholestorol, among other things.
