That is for the USDM ITR and the SIRII final drive. He has a 99-00 civic si which has the following:

1st gear Ratio 3.23
2nd gear Ratio 2.105
3rd gear Ratio 1.458
4th gear Ratio 1.107
5th gear Ratio 0.875
Final Drive Ratio 4.266

This goes for all of these transaxles: Y21/S21/S4C
