ok so where the hell do i find a vacuum diagram for my 1991 civic si..its got a b18a1 from a 90 integra ls...ive looked all over,,if someone could post a link or a diagram itd be greatly appreciated

i need to know where the vacuum lines from the motor..go to on the firewall/other parts of the motor...when we pulled the motor, the guy that helped me pulled all the lines off the motor instead of off the wall,,so i have all these hoses and have no clue where they hook to and route to

here is one for 93 - don't know how much different 90 is, if any

ive tired using this one before, but the problem is,the civic doesnt have those 2 solenoids on the firewall..i have one and then that block thing,,so what i did was tried to run them as close as i could,,using the d16a6 diagram,,also the metal lines that bolt to the back of the manifld,do i absolutely need them, because i have waaay more lines than that, but i already took it off,and things look a little easier, dunno if itll work or not,,but anywayz thanx for cchiming in

I wish my LS was still in my hatch so I could take a pic for you. I didnt use those metal things, looked way cleaner without it on, and worked fine. I know you dont use both of those solenoids, only the EVAP control.

get a obd-1 manifold off a LS.. way way way easier and 10 times cleaner wont need all that extra shit thats not necessary.. i had one on my 91 integra while i was getting my head built... i have one if u want it... ill just send it to you.. its bare but way better than a obd-0 one then u just transfer everything over

what do you mean all the extra shit that isnt necessary??
isnt the only differance between the 2 is that the one i have has the egr valve??
and how much are you gonna want cuz i have like no money right now

then theres a couple vacuum lines that run to the manifold off of it... i donno.. $30 bucks????.. i have a pic of my integra.. when i had the ls head on ill post on here.. so see

eh no thanx i talked to my boy and straightened everything out,he said itd be better to get obd2 mani

I had a few diagrams lying around. Take 1/2 the b18 one, 1/2 the d16 one, and the other is an exploded view of ALL the vac lines.

Basically, you need to run vacuum to whichever firewall sensors you have (just one vac line will do), run a line to the charcoal filter, and plug everything else. Leave your iacv just as it is, and you should be able to idle/drive reasonably well.
