Ricey? Personally I think it looks good. I can't stand the amber light when I drive at night.

Anyone ever installed one of these indigo things before? Should be just lifting the face off, and putting these on, right?

yea there easy to install but be careful, or you will break the needles, you have to leave them on there and feed them through the holes,.but as far as do i like them, not really

it's not bad. my favorite aftermarket guages are the ones that look like VW gauges. the black back with the blue and red.

They are okaye, if your looking for something different. Not a big fan of KMH readings. I personally wouldnt buy them.

I couldn't find a good spoon knock off, so I decided to go with these.

Besides, I'm not too crazy about the spoon face's green on the tach.

Yeah, my car HAS to read out in km/h. ;)

What I'd do to really freak people out, is design one that reads m/s. :D

They look pretty cool to me. Are they actually glow gauges or just gauge faces where the stock lights shine through?

Another option you can look into is just replacing the bulbs in your cluster with something different. I re-bulbed my cluster with blue LEDs and I'm pretty satisfied with it...

They're actually white EL panels, with red ink on the red spots. I'll post some pics when it gets here next week.

I thought about doing the LEDs, but I don't have any way to dim my interior lights, so that's a no-go. With the EL, I can also kill all the lights to everything but my speedo. Kinda like how the old SAAB did it.

EDIT:
I think I'm going to figure out a way to dim them using my spare light-height switch. Expect a write-up.

i bought a set of these for my 240sx, same brand and everything. they worked good for about a month and looked awesome......then shit started to fall apart, they started to turn on and off by them selves and eventually quit like after 6 months. but personally i liked them, just wish they lasted longer.

i'm not a fan of the 'red block' at ~100kmh. what the hell is that for?? 0-60 the cool thing to do these days or somethin?

otherwise they look nice and low key.

Pics?

The red-zone there is where you stick most of the time when you're driving. Over here most of the country roads are 100km/h. I'm not too sure about it either, but it's a hell of a lot better than the alternative. I can't stand blue at night. It's really distracting.

Some of these look really horrid.

I think I'm going to have to mark 30 and 50 red on the new one. I was driving today, and I realized how often I actually use the 30 and 50 yellow marks on my speedo.

That's the best picture I've got right now of my current cluster. I'm trying to imagine what it's going to look like. Hopefully I'll be able to make some kind of mark on there like the yellow marks at 30 and 50. And the scangauge is going soon too. S300 with carpc setup ftw.
