i've got a garret t3 super 60
greddy rs bov
tial 38mm wg
cast manifold/downpipe
FMIC
greddy profec b
greddy turbo timer

my question for fueling this is only 7psi on stock internals will bosch 310cc injectors meet my fueling needs?

and could someone tell me the simpelest place to run the oil return off the turbo and what length feed line will be needed running it from a oil filter sandwich plate

anyone know where i could buy the piping mandrel bent for this setup?

bascially what i'm asking is does this seem like a good power making combo, when the money becomes available i'll be goin forged bottom end and some nice cams springs valves and pnp . but what kinda of power should i push with 7psi

you need 440s or bigger. oil return goes to the oil pan. dont use a sandwich plate. buy any universal oil feed kit.(ebay/google shopping) get the oil supply from the sensor just left and above the oil filter. all required fittings will be supplied with the feed kit.

you can run the oil return to the oil pan. just tap a hole. not sure on the length, under 5 feet most likely, just cut some earl's line to size.

kteller.biz used to sell mandrel prebent pipe. check if they still do

there are some formulas to finding out what size injectors you would need. i would recommend talking to your tuner. you can achieve different flow rates at different psi's and injector duty cycles. i say read a little more, all this should be easy. i havnt even gone turbo yet, and you have more stuff than i do already, so why is it i know this stuff :)

see if you can squeeze a set of GSR cams into your budget. then your doing exactly what i'm going to do next winter, but i'm using a T25 mitsu pos. GSR cams have higher lift and shorter duration than stock B16 cams which are better suited for boost.

dyno charts i've seen say 200whp easy. post your updates, i'd like to see what you get!

i wasn't sure on the injectors as a couple of kits i've seen used the stock injectors for just 7-8 psi

see im doin this on a budget i had a 95 golf that i had turbo'd so im usin the turbo FMIC turbo timer oil feed line greddy rs bov
so i don;t need a whole lot to boost the civic could anyone on her point me towards an ac friendly manifold with external wastegate

like i said, you should find the person who is going to tune the motor. on stock internals your going to want a good tune. so regardless, find said tuner. and on the injectors, again, a simple change in fuel pressure may yeild enough fuel, but i cant say since i havnt done it personally. i would rely on your tuner's word, providing he's knowledgable.

not sure but i think the sandwich plate will restrict oil flow. i would make a custom setup steming from the greddy oil filter relocation kit (or based on a design like that) so you can run your guage and turbo line and possibly yeah, make that filter mount in a better spot so it doesnt drip down the back of the block when u do oil changes...

well everytime i change the oil i use brake cleaner to clean everything off.....i'm still not quite understanding why runnin the oil line from the sandwich plate is a bad idea i've seen this done alot with the kits

yes incase for some reason i wasnt clear. fuel pressure psi can be changed to modify the flow rate of the injector to a certian degree. that's the psi i was talking about

i understand all this my goal is around 200 whp or a little more but i need to find a good tuner in virginia?

is that a question? the answer is yes. unless your an experianced tuner, i'm assuming not, your going to need a professional quality tune to make it reliable and produce good numbers on said stock bottom end.

is this turbo gonna be laggy...? what kinda rpm range will it start to spool on the b16? it spooled almost too fast on my vw

are you sayin this turbo is too much for my goals ? cause if my goals are exceeded thats always a plus lol. or is this gonna be too much for the stock internals

you'll be able to achieve the lesser hp numbers with moderatly lower psi than a smaller turbo that blanco would otherwise recomend. because one of that size would be better suited for drag only, as it's going to spool later, but flow heavily.

will this turbo be good for a every day driver as i dont drive it hard all week long just the occasional weekend race. i kinda like the idea its gonna run semi normal at low rpms then when that turbo kicks in i;m really gonna feel it

what kind of power should i have with this setup

stock internals? i'd just go for 200-250hp for the street. depending on what your comfortable with.
