I just put a jdm b18c into my 95 civic ej1 this weekend had problems with the wiring harness b/c some idiot decided to splice one entire end. Anyway the ends are backwards from the stock motor the plugs connect on opposite sides of the engine bay, can anyone tell me how to fix. Also the rear engine bracket I recieved is about an inch to short from reaching the rear engine mount. If anyone could help with these problems I would be very grateful.

Are you talking about the harness that's on the B18C, or the harness that came with your stock D-series. If you're talking the B18C harness, then I'm not really surprised. Japanese harnesses are backwards from USDM harnesses. You'd be better off using your stock harness and adding stuff in/extending things where you need it...
