I heard about this on the radio last night.

I guess the little girl involved in this case was 5 at the time. And by the time it went to trial she was 8 and thought anything less than the death penalty would be unjust.

I'm thinking someone probably had a chat with her.

I completely agree with the death penalty. I mean, it's a little different when you're older and can deal with the issues more, but when you're that age, you're pretty much dead inside from then on anyway. In a way. So, technically, he did kill at least a part of her that she'll never get back....

Hanging is also very economical, and when done right, snaps the neck and kills the subject instantly.

I dont understand all this complicated lethal injection buisness, but at least it saves the electricity that would otherwise be spent on the electric chair.

As for the case, It should make for an interesting supreme court ruling. A very good point against it contends that "it could give attackers a reason to murder their victims" to silence them without escalating the punishment for their crime.

I'd have to disagree, that would be far too quick of a punishment to put someone through who caused a child a lifetime of anguish, people never forget about those sorts of things, its not something that can be forgotten. I say cut off his dick, stick it in a vat of hot grease and just continue cutting of slices until he eventually just kill over

Hmmm, actually I have a better idea. Stick a mutated version of the parasite that climbs up people's pee-holes. But instead of making the guy sick, mutate the thing so much it makes him sick as a dog for some months or so then paralyzes him, then his dick falls off, then he dies.
