How much power do you want to make and how much money do you have to spend?

i dont want to spend much but i want to get the most power i can what would it be the difference between ls/turbo and ls/vtec/turbo

VTEC heads flow better than non-VTEC ones, so you will see a performance increase. It's up to you whether it's worth it or not. Keep in mind that you'd probably want a better transmission and you'll definitely need a VTEC ECU as well...

Port n' polish on the LS head, some turbo cams and you'll be good to go...
