im going all motor b18b in my 95 integra, should i do the 5 speed swap or i've been told to stay auto and jut build up the auto tranny, what do u guys recommend?

you wont get far with the auto unless you spend tons of money and it's almost not feasible

Building up a reliable Honda auto tranny is expensive as hell. We're talking thousands of dollars for parts like a good torque converter, tranny cooler, etc., and that's not even touching the gear ratios, which are far inferior even to those of the manual LS tranny (which is considered the crappiest of all B-series transmissions).

Manual tranny swap FTW...
