91 Civic Project
hey guys, I want opionions on the type of suspension I should get..
I have all new poly bushings in the arms after i sand blasted them and painted them.. now I want to know what kind of coilovers I should have.
Car-- 91 Civic HB with future H22.

Now opinions? Price is no object.

if you plainning on putting a h22 in I would look for some really heavy springs for up front, I dont think the coilovers would hold the abuse of that heavy motor

I have Tein Superstreet suspension on my H22 EF Civic and they are ment to be good.Just get good suspension as you will need it

i believe Ground Control makes a set of coils specifically for civics with H22 swaps

well i dont think it will need to be that much stiffer.. I mean the H series is not that much heavier than a B series..

The H22 is not that much heavier than the bseries motors. I think the H22 is too heavy to swap it just a myth or rumor. Sure it weights more its a bigger motor, but not much more. You should be able to run any normal coilovers for the swap. I would go with buddyclub....

the h22 will sit farther towards the front of the car, thous creating under-steer, also throwing off the weight distribution, this doesn't occur in b-series swaps, this is why the h22 is heavier and stronger springs are required
