alright, i got my car turbo'd and its being tuned. so i went with a t3/t4 turbo on a stock internal b16 @ 100k miles @ 6-8psi. so whats the next step in doing this build? only other mod's i have are clutch and exhaust. i dont have a throttle body and intake manifold yet. after doing some research on this and reading, i really just want to get some expierenced opinions.

i appreciate everyone who helps!
thanks

How much power are you looking to make here? Honestly you probably should have thought out how far you want to go with this build before adding the turbo kit and getting it tuned...

i think ill take it the way it is now. and start putting money back to build the motor when this motor finally craps out.

now if i wanted to go with all 4 wheel disc brakes, how difficult is that?

Its not too difficult, just get GSR or Si rear disc conversion. That'd be my recommendation at least since this is going on an EK right?

the si rear disks should be direct bolt in...
but you say the motor is going to crap out??
it shouldnt crap out if tuned properly

yea it will be tuned properlly but I like to be ready when "shit" happens. cuz shit does happen :).

any recommendations on where i should get the rear disc setup?
and should i need coilovers or shocks+springs. $ is a factor.

go to a junkyard,,should have them..

and no you dont need shocks and springs unless yours are fucked..

well, i didnt mean like i need to replace them. A better suspension would help out alot with steering, launching, handling etc. would it not?

Correct. Either coil-overs or a good shock/spring combo will work. If you're willing to spend some dough, then get some name brand full coil-overs. They're height-adjustable and dampening-adjustable. If you're on a tight budget, then look towards a decent set of springs and adjustable shocks like the KYB AGXs, Tokico Illuminas, Koni Yellows, etc...

im checking out the Tokico Illuminas spring and shock set. those look to be within my price range and should be pretty decent upgrade over stock.

This is a no brainer....

Set money aside for some rods, pistons, and clean up the head. maybe sleeve the block.

100K miles on a boost B16 sounds like a fun time. Count the days. =)
