So i went and saw this saturday night. Probably one of the worst movies from a quality standpoint, that i have ever seen. Regardless, it was still funny as hell and would have been more funny if i was baked or drunk. unfortunately i was neither.

Things i liked:
the bottomless party
good ol' NPH tripping balls
fisting the pot bag
cockmeat sandwiches was funny
emo harold
kicking kumar in the nuts

Things I didn't like:
it was supposed to be the same day they left off, but everybody got fat. even the "vanessa" girl harold loves. it was depressing how she looked compared to #1.
The scene with george dubya went on too long
the douche bag was a little too gay...

the movie is pretty much based around racism and reverse racism. most of the stuff is pretty funny. they dont' pick on east indians or asians too much.

the key to this movie is to not go in thinking it will be anything remotely close to the first one. they have nothing in common other than the actors and smoking pot.
 
i HATE the theater. but i do like getting laid, and the gf likes the theater. plus she even pays once in a while. can't turn that down.
 
i got some movie theatre gift certificates from christmas.. i'll probably go see it..
 
i wanted to go see iron man. but i will NOT see a movie opening weekend.

well, there isnt' a whole lot in the theaters right now. i guess we could go see "made of honor", but she doesn't like chick flicks. which is a plus for me.

Actually I thought it was great. It's funny, the effects are good and not fake looking or over done. Great career move for Robert Downey Jr. He fits the role perfectly. It's at least as good as the first two Spiderman movies...

chappelle went to africa. watch "inside the actors studio" with chappelle. he explains his decision in detail.

reverse racism is using your race to your advantage for your benefit.

example...kumar goes into the airport and is going to get a "random" personal search. he goes on a tirade about being east indian and being profiled. so they let him through to avoid a lawsuit. that is how he smuggles pot onto the plane.

or when a black person says, "hire me or i'm calling the aclu on you".
 
I Dl'd it, not as good as the first but still pretty funny. I past out last night before the end, so I need to finish watching it.

Loved the parts mentioned by Nick, the bottomless party was a riot! Im a Howard Stern fan so it was funny to see Richard Christy on there :lol:

i think it's a different funny. it could be a movie entirely on it's own and not know it's really a sequel.
 
I can see that :)

NPH was sooooo funny again. I couldnt wait to get to his part, just knowing how he was in the 1st made me more excited for that part then anything!
