Default 1994 prelude swap questions

Hey,
I've been searching alot for the past 2 hours and haven't really gotten my question answered, so i figured i'd go ahead and make a post. I just purchased a 1994 prelude with a f22 sohc non vtec. The motor spun a bearing and is junk.. I was looking into upgrading to a sohc vtec motor. f23a or f22b perhaps?? I just need to know what all I need to make the swap work or if its too much work.

Thanks,
Craig

Both those engines are bolt-in swaps. As for wiring, you may need to do some minor wiring changes or an OBD conversion depending on which motor and the year of the motor that you plan on using.

So, in short, either of those swaps would be fairly easy...

could also go with the H22a, my friend had a 93 SRV and that thing was pretty quick since its 200 lbs lighter than 5th gen.
