Default 94 prelude S to F22B1

I scored a SICK deal on a F22B1, running with ecu for an amazing price. My prelude needs rings really bad (190 psi in all cylinders but 2, it has 20 psi lol). So i need a rebuild or engine, but I scored a sick deal on this.

well, what other things are needed for this swap? I currently have a 94 prelude S with 141k miles on it, and a F22A1 under the hood. the F22B1 is from a 94 accord EX.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

What do I need for the F22B1 to fit in my prelude? ATM I am getting all belted accessories(I think), header, ecu, and engine with the deal.

i think it SHOULD drop right in not completely sure though... but the accords and preludes were pretty much the same under the hood... it should have all the right mounts stock

what about the ECU? The ecu to the other engine is for an auto, i know my f22a1 ecu will work, but no vtec, and it says here F22B1 sohc vtec into a 95 prelude - Hondahookup.com that it wont rev past 4k? is that a huge issue, or just that guy's wiring?

Hondata - Honda ECU Modification and Enhancement

then you can find a dealer through their site so they can install it for you... i would recommend the s300 its kind of pricey but i've heard its well worth it

I'd rather get the sockets, eeprom chips, willem programmer, etc, and flash it myself, for that price. lol

IMO it'd be easier to get the f22b1 ecu.

What bottleneck will I have using a f22a1 ecu with the f22b1?
