Ok guys...It is getting closer for me to have to swap out my AUTOMATIC transmission. I have the H22A engine in my accord, but I still have the accord's transmission in it. The accord's transmission is taking a shit on me, so I am going to go ahead and purchase a prelude transmission. First off, I need to know exactly what model number should be on the transmission, so that I know I am purchasing the correct transmission. I know I need a p19 TCU. I then need to know what tools I will need, and then go from there telling how to remove the accord transmission, and how to put the new transmission in. I would really like some kind of guideline to go by, because I would like to do this myself. I am tired of having shops do the work for me and end up fucking up my car. I also believe I would have a lil more pride in my car if I can indeed do this myself. Thanks in advance, I know some of you can come up with some good write-ups.

I think that you will be supriced at how easy it is. I think the only issue you will have is putting the clutch pedal in, and that still shouldnt be too hard. I recomend getting a haynes books and read up on how to INSTALL all the parts related the manuel tranny, and just fab where necessary.

Just do a bit of searching on the web man, I've seen all kinds of write ups on a bunch of different sites. If you can't find anything here on Hondaswap then check out some Accord-specific forums and sites.

Just thought I'd throw that out there because I'm guessing that no one is probably going to take the time to do a whole write up with pictures just for one request.
