I did a H22 swap in my accord last year but, it's auto and I want to go 5-speed. I have a few questions first:
1. My car is a 96' and the engine is a 92-95. I did the obd2-obd1 conversion. Which H22 trannys will fit? 2. I will get some type of LSD installed, I have heard of Phantom Grip. What do you guys think of Phantom. Thanks ![]() |

1. To the best of my knowledge, the only H22 trannies that WON'T fit are the ATTS trannies on the Type SH Preludes.
2. Stay as far away from Phantom Grip as you can. It's not a true LSD, and won't function at all like one. If you really want an LSD, either buy a Quaife (lifetime warranty), or get yourself a JDM Type S tranny that had a factory-installed LSD. __________________

Phantom is not a true LSD, so don't bother wasting your money on it. Also stay far away from non-established names (obx, phantom, other = t3h b@d) Quaife is the best, and Kaaz is good too.__________________
