i recently installed a 1994 prelude motor in my 1995, the only problem is getting parts for this motor is getting to be a little hard. they keep asking me what type of motor it is, either si, srv, or sum other name, just wondering how can i identify it off the engine, either by looking, or by serial #. just would like to know what this exact motor is. thanks

If it's anything like the B series the engine code and vin is on the lower left part of the block in front of the distributor.

What country are you in?

If it's here in the US, you should be able to tell them it's the "Si VTEC" and that should do it.
