What amount of Hp are the stock cylinder sleeves generally good to with good tuning. Should they be fine at about 300 hp. I know many people have had stock blocks running 15psi before so I am assuming with pistons and rods and an AEM EMS that about 300hp is not too crazy. I am thinking 12-15 psi on a T3/T04b with stage 3 turbine and .48a/r.
