I got a 96 civic ex motor from my friend and I was wondering what I should do ECU wise. Can I use the 96 ex ecu, can I make it obd1, or must I use an obd0 ecu? Send help please

if u wana do it its gona be tricky.. u g2 get a conversion for the OBD0-OBDII. and it could just be alota crap man. id sell the motor and then buy a b18a .. that will give u more hp and more tq... good luck man

The only real solution is to seel the motor and save up for a jdm b16a, I have one swapped in my rex and it feels so damnnnnnnnn good. Plus there are tons more parts that you get for it. If you really want to go all out, keep your 91 as a daily driver and go find a piece of shit 89 crx hf for a few hundred and do the swap in it since it is about 2-3 hundred pounds lighter than your Si.
