the motor will start up and run really well under 4500 rpm. but when it starts to go higher than that it just stops and starts to bounce... i would love some feed back, feel free to ask more questions please thanks!!!

what motor?
what have you done recently that could have changed something?(may seem miniscule, but it could be it)

hey man... i fixed the promblem. it ended up being a bad CAT. it was like choking the motor, it was being in air but not putting out exhaust. thanks tho
