ok i have a 90 civic hatch i belive it the standard model one with the 4 speed stick. i want to know what is your guys rpm at 60mph mind is a 3000. want to know is that rite or am i missing 5th gear

if it is the standard model then it is only a 4 speed. 3k seems kind of high to me but while driving you can test out if it has a 5th gear, just try to shift into 5th and if it doesn't take it then it's only a 4 speed

well even tho i still average 40mpg at 70 mph wat do you guys thing

The 1990 civic hatch was available with a 4 speed transmission.

99 civic ex stock tranny runs 3000rpm @ 65or so mph.. sounds right..
