engine, transmission, ECU, axles, mount kit, shift linkage and throttle cable - that is the basics - you will need to do the DPFI to MPFI wiring changes using your DX harness - you will need exhaust modifications - personally, i would install new timing belt, front and rear crankshaft seals, water pump, oil pan gasket, distributor cap & rotor, spark plug wires, valve cover gasket and new clutch assembly.
