Ok, a crx with a b16a, is it better to run a header that already has two holes/bungs for the o2 sensors. Like a header from a vtec del sol. Or would it be easier and better to splice the two o2 sensor wires together and just run one o2 sensor, with a crx header?

dont slice the wires together, you need to run 2 o2 sensors. and a del sol vtec header will onlyu have one o2 bung, its obd1. theres a few companies that make headers with 2 o2 bungs for the first gen b16, im pretty sure hasport makes one. or you could get a 4-2-1 header and add the other o2 on.

i have an 88 crx si with a b16a1 swap and a dc 4 into 1 header with one bung. i just spliced the two together. from what i have read and heard, the car should only run a little rich but no big deal if you have a hand full of other mods or are planing to. i personlally dont think its that big of a deal.

Would a 99 or 2000 si header work?

it will work, has only 1 bung though, i ran a single bung header for awhile before converting to obd1 and i didn't notice a difference during the month that I did...

Thanks man. I'll probably weld another bung into a del sol header.

i noticed that between the years of B16's the exhaust manifolds have subtle differences. I used a 94 Del Sol downpipe with my JDM dual O2 sensor manifold, the Del Sol downpipe stud holes dont line up. i had oblong the down pipe holes to match the manifold stud pattern. I also noticed the JDM 88-91 B16 manifold is thicker looking than the Del Sol manifold and the heat shields arent interchangeable. Just some differences i thought id share.

Had the exact same thing happen to me with the downpipe, only I am using a 94 Integra LS downpipe. Had to oblong the flange holes so it would mount to the stock JDM B16a manifold (dual o2).

I'm wondering if the B18a downpipe from 90-93 integra LS will actually FIT onto a B16a obd-0 crx?!

I know that the GSR downpipe is slightly longer than the B16a, but I NEED all the ground clearance I can get!
