does running the b18b with all obd 0 stuff make it emissions legal...i was told by someone it wasnt but i dont belive him...sumone prove me right or wrong

b18b in an crx...will it pass inspection with obd 0 stuff on it...
thot id clarify my question more becuz wen i read it i made no sense to myself...kinda...actually im tired....

depends on what state you live in and how picky they get.Actually it is not suppose to but most dont look that close.
