I know what parts and everthing I need for both and the price for both of the engines.

I want your opinions, and also any ideas on my time on the 1/4 mile all motor. These are the two engines I think would be the best for my car.

B20 :
less horsepower
more torque

B16A1:
more horsepower
less torque

any opinions helps, thanks =]

b20, b16s are torqueless...slap a vtec head that biotch and you'll be straight (theres alot more to it then just the head). Or you can always turbo it and have some nice power.

It depends on your set up . All motor for b16 and turbo for b20.

What people fail to realize is that the b16 is FACTORY TUNED to 160 hp where as the b20 is not meant to be a performance motor, and therefore NOT factory tuned. Put similar cams and high compression pistons with basic bolt ons in the b20 and you'll have well over 200 hp. Displacement+Honda Motor = whoop ass.

To answer your original question, the cheapest way to get a 300 hp honda is to got to your local track and give blowjobs for parts. Find another forum. </td></tr></table><div class=\'signature\'>(timEspeed, a long time ago)
