Cranked over the CRX today and it finally fired up. Had to throw a big thanks out to HondaSwap as this site has been my primary source of information since I started this project almost 3 years ago. That's right 3 years...through personal setbacks, home additions, the birth of my 2nd child, and countless home improvement projects it finally got done. It wouldnt have happened if not for this site.
Here's the build:
1989 Crx Si chassis
1990 B18A Acura Integra (from salvage yard in Fontana, CA)
Custom pistons from JE
Transmission from Ebay
ACT Clutch
HASport Mounts
HASport Shift linkage
ACT Streetlite Flywheel
Countless others from pick-a-part
It was my first engine build and swap so I took it easy. Getting an ecu code 5 (map sensor) so I'll take a look at that later. What's important is she fired up and sounds good. I'll check back periodically if anyone doing this build has questions I can help with.
BIG THANKS to HondaSwap and all the people who answered my questions.
:thankyousigna2:
