Question cant find a header 91 crx/b16a sir1

Someone help! I cannot find a header for my b16a sir1. Is there a manufacture that makes a header with the to bungs needed for the o2 sensors. If not can the o2 sensors be rewired to use an obd1 header. Thanks for your replies and info.

You can get a cheap one off ebay for liek 45$. I know dc makes one so does various others, i have the same engine. I have some rsr headers from japan. It has to holes. If you cant find a decent headers with two bunges (which is unlikely) You can splice one o2 and connect it with the other o2 so you have both wires running to one o2. It will work but make you car run a little rich, which is good if its hevaly modified.

I saw those to but i was wanting a quality piece. Contacted DC, Hedman, and Edelbrock they do not make a header for this year motor. I was thinking maybe a 90- 91 teg header might work but was told there might be a clearance problem because the deck height being taller. I really don't want to mess with cutting up the wiring and causing more problems. Know of any other manufactures that make headers i can contact?

all b-series headers will bolt up to any b-block.
the year doesent matter, just get some headers for a b16.

This is what i was told, so i went for the headers i have which were off a secound gen but fit my 1rst gen

you can get headers for any bseries, any year. it doesnt matter.

as far as the o2 bungs go, just get a regular header and go on ebay search for o2 bungs. i found some that come with 2 bungs and a bolt to plug a o2 hole.

take these to an exhaust shop and have them weld the bungs on, then use the bolt to plug the 3rd hole that you wont be using. this way if you decide to do a obd1 conversion later you can just plug the other 2 and unplug the last one.

sounds more complicated than what it really is, and the exhaust shop shouldnt charge but like $20 to weld those in.

my headers have 2 holes for 2 o2's, they also came with plugs for both.
So if your only ganna run one o2 then you just plug the other.

thanks for the info i think i am going to have the shop weld in the bungs extra bung may come in handy for tuning later. i just like to do shit right the first time. i'm not new to tricking out cars(old chevys, fords, and mopars) just hondas and know how important it is to research, ask questions, and keep it simple if you want reliability. i am going with a 4-2-1 design, do the o2s need to be placed after the header transfers from 4 to 2 pipes to maintain proper AFR?

obd0 is the only one that needs two o2 bungs. all others are single sensor right before the cat.
